My Approach to Practicing Real Estate Law

Research and writing form the cornerstones of my approach to law, and after reading thousands of cases, I’ve become acquainted with many areas of law. Relying on my previous research, I spot the relevant issues, determine whether I need to research further, and then devise a creative argument and phrase it in the best way possible on paper. Because of my skill and attention to detail, I draft pleadings and go into Court well-prepared with my arguments and to address arguments of my opponents. I am rarely surprised by my opponents raising arguments that I have not considered – unless they are interpreting the case to fit their arguments rather than what the deciding court intended the case to mean.
